In this practice, we also work with what is often called quantum jumping.
In simple terms, quantum jumping describes how your brain and nervous system move between different identity states. Each state comes with its own thoughts, emotional responses, habits, and expectations. When your internal state changes consistently, your external reality follows.
From a scientific perspective, this aligns with neuroplasticity, state-dependent behavior, and predictive processing in the brain. Your mind is constantly anticipating outcomes based on who you believe yourself to be. When that belief shifts, your choices, perception, and reactions shift with it.
This work does not involve visualization alone. It focuses on stabilizing a new internal state through awareness, emotional regulation, repetition, and real-time integration. Over time, this creates a felt sense of becoming someone different, not pretending to be.
Clients often describe this as stepping into a new version of themselves. Less reactive. More grounded. Clearer about what they want. Able to choose differently without force.
The change feels natural because it is built into the nervous system, not imagined on top of it.
